A pre-filtration module (104) removes particulate matter prior to entry of air into the biological reactor (101a). A centralized computational platform (102) determines a bio-culture viability index and an air purification performance score using predictive analytics and generates operational optimization commands and maintenance control signals. A maintenance management module (103) coordinates maintenance operations and bio-culture replenishment. The method enables intelligent monitoring, predictive maintenance, automated operational optimization, and sustainable air purification with reduced maintenance burden and improved environmental efficiency.
