Abstract: A bicycle stands and locking assistive device comprises a body 101 constructed with a first and second part, first part 102 is integrated with a tubular structure attached with a mounting bracket 104 consists a hole for securely attaching bracket onto frame of bicycle, a microphone 105 is integrated in body 101 for providing voice commands, an artificial intelligence based unit is integrated in body 101 for monitoring the vicinity and distance between rim spokes, an curved road integrated with a plate 108 at the end by means of a hinge joint that is actuated to provide converging/diverging movement through the rim spokes in view to position plate 108 on ground surface, a locking arrangement 111 including multiple linear actuators arranged on rod and multiple cavities carved on tubular structure, user provides voice command to lock bicycle, a GPS module is installed in body 101 to detect real time location of bicycle when locked.
