Abstract: ABSTRACT BI-TEMPORAL EVENT-SENSOR FUSION SYSTEM WITH CRYPTOGRAPHIC VERIFICATION AND MULTI-AGENT DECISION CONTROL The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented decision system (1000) comprising a knowledge graph (100) configured to store demand-related data for at least one product in a supply chain, a plurality of sensor agents (200) configured to monitor operational parameters of at least one production asset, and a capacity prediction module (300) configured to generate capacity estimates based on sensor data from the plurality of sensor agents (200). The system (1000) includes a bi- temporal knowledge-graph layer (110) comprising a signed edge store (112) configured to store each causal edge with a valid time (142) and a transaction time (144), wherein each causal edge carries a cryptographic author signature (114), a confidence value (116), and an evidence linkage (118). A shock propagation engine (120) propagates macroeconomic events along elasticity paths (124) to generate product-specific demand impact values. A prognostics pipeline (210) converts sensor telemetry into probabilistic remaining-useful-life estimates and production capacity distributions. A reconciliation engine (400) performs Monte-Carlo simulation to intersect a shock-conditioned demand distribution (126) with a degradation-conditioned capacity distribution (302) and computes a financial exposure value (418) representing revenue-at-risk for each detected demand-capacity collision. An output module (500) generates a ranked set of mitigation options (420) based on the financial exposure value (418). (Fig. 1)
