Abstract: A bi-lumen perfusion cannula (100) comprises a cannula body (104) extending along a longitudinal axis between a proximal end (102B) and a distal end (102A). A dividing wall (108) extends along the longitudinal axis within the cannula body (104) from the proximal end (102B) to the distal end (102A). The dividing wall (108) divides an interior of the cannula body (104) into a first lumen (110) and a second lumen (112). The first lumen (110) and the second lumen (112) each open at the proximal end (102B) to collectively receive perfusate from an external perfusion source. The first lumen (110) and the second lumen (112) open at the distal end (102A) through a first outlet opening (114) and a second outlet opening (116) respectively in opposing directions to discharge the perfusate in two opposing directions within the organ vasculature.
