MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621072222 A) filed by Gokul Global University on June 10, 2026, for Beverage Can Holder Device.
Inventor includes Dr. Yagna B. Adhyaru.
The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: A beverage can holder device comprises of a frame 101 secured using a plurality of suction cups 102 attached to a base of the frame, an artificial-intelligence based imaging unit 103 integrated with processor and activated by an inbuilt microcontroller captures multiple images in vicinity of the surface to detect position of beverage can held by a user, a cylindrical body 104 is mounted over the frame 101 via an inverted L-shaped extendable rod 105, wherein the microcontroller actuates the rod to position the body toward the beverage can for accommodation, motorized grippers 106 installed within the cylindrical body 104 securely grip the beverage can upon placement, an inertial measurement unit integrated on the rod operates in synchronization with the imaging unit 103 to detect motion or tilt, and upon detection, the microcontroller actuates gyroscopic stabilization unit to maintain stability of the cylindrical body 104 and the gripped beverage can.
