The ceramic material may include at least one of a beryllium oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride material, or combinations thereof. The ceramic material may include beryllium aluminate grains with a solid solution of at least one of the alkaline earth metal material, rare earth metal material, a boron material, a carbon material, a titanium material, a nitride material, a zirconium material, or combinations thereof.
