The transmission case cover (60) covers the transmission case (30) from an outside in a vehicle width direction, and includes an outside air inlet (62). The transmission case (30) includes a cooling air inlet (33) introducing, into an inside of the transmission case (30), outside air taken in through the outside air inlet (62). An air guide rib (63) between the transmission case cover (60) and the transmission case (30) defines an air guide passage (80). The air guide passage (80) is spiral-shaped. The air guide rib (63) includes a shield portion (65) protruding from a rib surface (63a, 63b) into the air guide passage (80) and including an end portion oriented to an upstream side in an air flow passing in the air guide passage (80).
