Abstract: A belt management device for electric chaff cutter, comprises of a platform 101 affixed with ground surface in proximity to an electric chaff cutter by means of plurality of suction units 102, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103 installed over the platform 101 determines presence of the belt over the chaff cutter along with dimensions of the chaff cutter, an extendable shaft 104 configured with the platform 101 to extend and position in parallel to the detected belt, a proximity sensor is integrated with the shaft 104 to monitor distance of the shaft 104 from the belt, a two axis-lead screw arrangement 105 installed between the platform 101 and shaft 104 to apply pressure to prevent detachment of the belt from the chaff cutter.
