Abstract: The invention relates to a bell-shaped plate (1) for a rotary atomizer, comprising a mounting interface (2) for mounting the bell-shaped plate (1) on an atomizer shaft of the rotary atomizer, a bell-shaped body (6) having an outer flushing channel (9) for conducting a flushing agent for cleaning the outer lateral surface (7) of the bell- shaped body (6) with the flushing agent, and comprising a flushing agent guide ring (14), wherein the flushing agent guide ring (14) covers the external mouth opening of the outer flushing channel (9) in the bell-shaped body (6) and, together with the bell-shaped body (6), forms an annularly encircling flushing groove (13) in order to distribute the flushing agent over the entire circumference of the bell-shaped body (6). According to the invention, the joint between the flushing agent guide ring (14) and the bell-shaped body (6) is separated from the mounting interface (2) of the bell-shaped plate (1) in the axial direction.
