Abstract: Abstract: Churn rate is one of the key problems faced by digital banking systems, as it has a negative impact on the business growth and profitability. The current invention pertains to a system where such problems can be solved by predicting customer churn rate by taking into account the customer’s behaviour and emotions revealed by their feedback. Behavioural features like the frequency of logins, the time spent online, number of transactions, etc., are collected and sentiment analysis is performed on customer feedback and reviews to detect emotions. Based on this information, predictions are made about the likelihood of the customers leaving the platform.
