MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202644100463 A) filed by Prajna Angraje on August 20, 2026, for Behavioral Verification Of Secure Boot Execution Using Boot Telemetry And Anomaly Detection.
Inventor includes Prajna Angraje.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT BEHAVIORAL VERIFICATION OF SECURE BOOT EXECUTION USING BOOT TELEMETRY AND ANOMALY DETECTION Systems and methods provide behavioral attestation of authenticated firmware execution in conjunction with secure boot verification. A secure boot module cryptographically verifies a firmware image. Behavioral information is generated during one or more execution stages occurring during verification, after successful verification, before transfer of execution to an application, during application startup, or during subsequent application execution. Behavioral features including stage occurrence, stage order, transition timing, application-start indicators, heartbeat information, or control-flow information are compared with expected behavioral characteristics. A behavioral-attestation result is generated independently of a cryptographic-verification result. Based on the behavioral-attestation result, transfer of execution may be permitted, delayed, restricted, or prevented. The system may additionally generate execution-assurance information, anomaly indicators, diagnostic information, root-cause classifications, or recovery indications for execution deviations occurring despite successful cryptographic verification.
