Abstract: Battery state-of-health estimation using LSTM/transformers integrated with AI is the proposed invention. The proposed invention is an Artificial Intelligence integrated Battery State-of-Health Estimation System based on Long Short-Term Memory and Transformer deep learning architectures for intelligent battery degradation analysis and predictive monitoring. Integrated sensing units continuously track the operational parameters of the battery like voltage, current, temperature, charge-discharge cycles, and impedance characteristics. The collected data are pre-processed and analyzed using LSTM networks to learn temporal degradation and Transformer models to analyze long-range dependencies through self-attention mechanisms. The proposed integrated AI framework is capable of accurately estimating battery State-of- Health, predicting the remaining useful life and identifying abnormal degradation conditions in real time. And, it provides predictive maintenance alerts and cloud- based battery monitoring for better energy management. The proposed invention improves estimation accuracy, operational safety, battery life, and energy efficiency in electric vehicles, renewable energy storage systems, industrial automation, and smart electronic devices.
