Abstract: BATTERY SAVER FOR EARBUDS ABSTRACT A true wireless stereo (TWS) earbud system is disclosed, in which each earbud includes a system-on-chip (SoC) comprising a Bluetooth module, microcontroller unit (MCU), digital signal processor (DSP), battery module, memory module, and sensor module. Each earbud independently monitors its battery level and compares it against predefined threshold ranges stored in memory. When a threshold is crossed, the MCU progressively disables high-power audio processing modules and associated hardware while maintaining continuous audio output. The system supports both automatic threshold based disablement and manual user initiated disablement, and further ensures symmetric stereo operation by disabling the same module on both earbuds when only one earbud crosses a threshold. A mobile device communicates with the earbuds to display real-time battery information, configure battery saver modes, and issue notifications. In some embodiments, a decision engine adjusts the disablement sequence based on operating conditions or user behaviour. [FIG. 1]
