The battery pack (100) further comprises a casing (112), the casing (112) is configured to enclose the plurality of cells (130) in each of the battery modules (110). The casing (112) includes a plurality of side walls (112a, 112b, 112c, 112d). One or more of the plurality of side walls (112b) are configured with a plurality of heat exchanging members (132). The plurality of heat exchanging members (132) form one or more channels (134a) when the pair of battery modules (110) is disposed adjacent to each other.
