The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT BATTERY PACK CHARGING AT SUB-OPTIMAL TEMPERATURES Techniques for charging battery packs, included in a vehicle (100), at sub- optimal temperatures are described. In an example, the temperature of the 5 battery pack (104) is determined to be outside a charging temperature range of the battery pack. If the temperature is found to be outside the charging temperature range, a first power transmission request is generated for transmitting a first power to activate a Temperature Regulation Unit (TRU) (108) integrated within the vehicle (100). Subsequently, upon detecting that 10 the temperature of the battery pack (104) has been regulated to fall within the charging temperature range, a second power transmission request is generated for the charger (102). This second power transmission request specifies a second power higher than the first power, where the second power is utilized to charge the battery pack (104). 15
