Abstract: This invention relates to a battery pack comprising: a pack case having an inner space formed therein and a venting flow path that communicates the inner space with an outer space; and a battery module accommodated in the inner space of the pack case and including a plurality of battery cells, a module case accommodating the plurality of battery cells and having a venting hole configured to discharge venting gas generated in the battery cells to the outside, and an opening and closing member configured to open and close the venting hole and configured to allow the venting hole to communicate with the venting flow path when opened.
