Abstract: A batter baking assistive device, comprises of a platform 101, a plurality of extendable plates 103 arranged as vertical dividers connected to a central member 104, to adjust wedge portion sizes in real-time, a motorized ball and socket joint 105 arranged between each extendable plate and central member 104, to adjust plate position and tilt as per commands received via an input means to ensure uniform portioning and optimal baking conditions, an imaging unit 106 arranged with platform 101 to detect doneness progression of food, an extendable flap 107 arranged on each side of platform 101 to prevent batter overflow and an articulated bar arranged with platform 101 having a sharp-edge pneumatic pin 109 at the end, to assess doneness and communicate the results for real-time adjustment of baking parameters.
