Inventors include Sarika Verma; Mohammed Akram Khan; Sandeep Singhai; Jamana Prasad Chaurasia; and Avanish Kumar Srivastava.
The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: The present invention reveals the additive manufacturing of a new bamboo stem based composition for 3 D printed composite material. The present invention proposes the appropriate selection and utilization of exclusive raw resources and their synergistically combined and specific effect in the chemical architecting of molecular moieties used in the present invention, namely treated bamboo stem powder, food waste, lemon juice, coconut oil, sodium alginate, calcium chloride, etc., in an appropriate ratio during the reaction processes via heating at the proper time, temperature and conditions and optionally utilizing microwave irradiation techniques enabling to obtain the tailored hybrid bamboo and food waste based paste, which was further treated and used in Paste extrusion-based 3 D printing system for further developing additive manufacturing of bamboo stem based composition for 3 D printed composite material useful for broad application spectrum.
