Abstract: A back-secured item carrying device, comprises of a hollow cylindrical structure 101 having an opening 102 having a drawer mechanism 103 to enable an extension and retraction of length of the structure 101, a plurality of air cushions 104 to secure the item in the structure 101 without damaging the item, an imaging unit 106 to determine a type of item being carried in the structure 101, a plurality of motorized rollers 107 having a resilient strap 108, electromagnets 109 for connecting straps 108 with one another for mounting of the structure 101 on a back of a user, a motorized shaft 110 containing a spool of a waterproof fabric, a pair of L-shaped telescopic links 112 having a ball and socket joints 113, grip the fabric and pull across the opening 102 to protect the item against rain.
