Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of photovoltaics. Provided are a back-contact solar cell and a photovoltaic module. The back-contact solar cell comprises a silicon substrate, a P-type doped polysilicon layer and an N-type doped polysilicon layer, wherein the silicon substrate has a first side and a second side which are opposite each other; the P-type doped polysilicon layer is located in a first region of the first side of the silicon substrate; the N-type doped polysilicon layer is located in a second region of the first side of the silicon substrate, and the first region is different from the second region; and the ratio of the thickness of the P-type doped polysilicon layer to the thickness of the N-type doped polycrystalline silicon layer is 1-2. In the present application, the thickness of a P-type doped polysilicon layer is larger, such that a passivation effect of the P-type doped polycrystalline silicon layer can be improved. Corresponding thicknesses can respectively be set for the P-type doped polysilicon layer and an N-type doped polysilicon layer in respect of the doping concentrations, passivation effects, etc., that correspond thereto, such that not only can a good effect be achieved in terms of passivation effect and doping concentration, but also materials can be saved on.
