Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of photovoltaics. Disclosed are a back-contact cell and a photovoltaic module, so as to reduce a reverse breakdown voltage of the back-contact cell, and also effectively control a leakage loss of the back-contact cell. The back-contact cell comprises a semiconductor substrate, first doped regions, second doped regions, and at least one conductive semiconductor structure, wherein the first doped regions and the second doped regions are alternately distributed at the side of a backlit surface of the semiconductor substrate at intervals; each conductive semiconductor structure is at least partially located between the first doped region and the second doped region, and only some areas of the first doped region and only some areas of the second doped region are respectively in electrical contact with the at least one conductive semiconductor structure; the width of a spacing region located between the first doped region and the second doped region is D1; and in the extension direction of the spacing region, the width of the conductive semiconductor structure is W, and 0.5D1=W=6D1.
