Abstract: Ayurvedic Diet Management System ABSTRACT Ayurvedic diet planning is a fundamental component of traditional healthcare, directly influencing digestion, metabolism, and overall well-being. However, in many Ayurvedic hospitals and clinics, diet charts are still prepared manually using handwritten records. This approach often results in inconsistency, errors, and difficulty in maintaining patient-specific dietary updates. As patient volume increases, managing.accurate and personalized diet plans becomes challenging. This project introduces a structured Ayurvedic Diet Management System designed to simplify and standardize diet chart preparation using authentic Ayurvedic principles. The system focuses on patient-specific dietary planning based on digestion type, food properties, and taste balance. By providing a centralized and organized platform, the system helps practitioners manage diet charts efficiently and consistently. The application processes patient details and food information to generate wellstructured diet plans. It evaluates nutritional values along with Ayurvedic characteristics such as Rasa, Guna, and digestibility. Secure user access and structured workflows help maintain data accuracy and privacy. All diet plans are stored in a centralized system, allowing practitioners to review and track dietary recommendations over time. By replacing manual diet preparation with a systematic and rule-based approach, this system improves the reliability, clarity, and effectiveness of Ayurvedic dietary management.
