Abstract: ABSTRACT AYURMITRA: INTELLIGENT PANCHAKARMA PATIENT MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING PLATFORM 5 10 15 The present invention relates to an intelligent Panchakarma patient management and scheduling platform (100) integrating web-based interfaces, a multi-layer scheduling engine (120) and an IoT-based monitoring subsystem for automated and compliant therapy management. The system comprises a user interface module (110), a scheduling engine including a constraint validation unit (122), an optimization unit (124) and a refinement unit (126), and a communication module (130) for synchronized operation. The scheduling engine generates conflict-free, protocol-compliant therapy schedules based on resource availability and therapy sequencing. The IoT subsystem monitors therapist presence, patient safety inputs and physiological parameters, and controls therapy execution through real-time validation and automatic interruption mechanisms. A feedback-driven adaptation mechanism dynamically adjusts therapy schedules and parameters based on patient responses. The system operates on a hybrid edge-cloud architecture ensuring real time safety, improved resource utilization, enhanced patient safety and optimized Panchakarma therapy delivery. [
