Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Title: AVYA AI: An Artificial Intelligence Based Educational Intelligence System for Mathematical Understanding and Explainable Learning Assistance The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence based Educational Intelligence System for mathematical formula understanding, educational reasoning, learning path generation, cognitive graph construction, visualization planning, and multimodal educational content generation. The system is configured to receive mathematical formulas in textual, handwritten, image-based, printed, or digital formats and automatically transform them into explainable educational learning resources. The invention comprises a Formula Processing Layer, a Knowledge Understanding Layer, an Educational Intelligence Layer, a Visualization Planning Layer, a Multimedia Generation Layer, and an Output Layer. The system performs formula acquisition, mathematical expression parsing, concept detection, educational knowledge retrieval, educational reasoning, learning path generation, cognitive graph construction, visualization planning, storyboard generation, and educational content creation. The invention further employs a Hybrid Intelligence Architecture comprising a Primary Knowledge Layer and a Secondary Intelligence Layer to provide reliable, scalable, and explainable educational assistance. The generated outputs include educational explanations, learning path recommendations, cognitive knowledge graphs, educational visualizations, and multimedia learning resources. The invention improves conceptual understanding, educational accessibility, and learner engagement by providing a unified framework for transforming mathematical formulas into structured educational content.
