Abstract: Abstract A portable dental preservation and stabilization device for avulsed teeth is disclosed. The device comprises an outer casing containing a biologically compatible storage medium, a crown-engaging stabilization mechanism, and a root-receiving chamber with a flared guiding entry. The stabilization mechanism secures the tooth by its crown portion, while the root portion remains immersed in the storage medium and physically isolated from internal device surfaces. The configuration prevents root damage during insertion, transport, and clinical handling while maintaining periodontal ligament viability. The device allows continuous use from the site of injury to the dental operatory without transfer of the tooth and permits access to the coronal portion for extra-oral endodontic procedures while the root remains protected.1
