Abstract: An auxiliary mobility assistive device for wheelchair, comprising an L-shaped body 101 having a first and second portion, a C-shaped expandable motorized clamp 102 positioned in contact with arm rest, a second portion with a cushioned handle 103 gripped by a caretaker of user, a laser sensor for detecting dimensions of arm rest, ultrasonic sensors for detecting exact location of care taker, a motorized slider 104 for translating and positioning handle 103 in front of care taker, a microphone 105 for caretaker to give commands for providing seating comfort to caretaker, an L-shaped rod 106 to extend for positioning a plate 107 at suitable height, an imaging unit 108 for detecting exact location of rim an L-shaped telescopically operated bar 109 having free-end with an elongated shaft and a pair of L-shaped telescopically operated links 110 equipped with a pair of motorized clippers 111 to grip rim of wheelchair.
