Abstract: An autonomous runway inspection, cleaning and guidance device, comprising a body 101, a plurality of telescopic rods 102 to enable multi-directional movement over a runway surface, a runway inspection plate 104 to detect surface and subsurface runway conditions including debris, cracks, ice, heat variations, and roughness, a cleaning assembly to remove debris and dry the runway surface, a pair of articulated arms 112 to generate directional guidance signals for aircraft movement including stop, forward, left, and right,an ATC communication module to receive flight schedule data and operational instructions from air traffic control, a bird deterrent unit 115 to directionally repel birds based on detection input, and a predictive analysis unit to process historical sensor data and environmental inputs to identify potential runway damage and generate early maintenance alerts .
