Abstract: A system and a method for determining a credit risk are disclosed. Aspects of the disclosure describe aggregating user activity attributes and user parameters a plurality of users and maintaining a corresponding feature vector based on the user activity attributes and the user parameters for the plurality of users. A first risk score for a target user is computed based on the feature vector and a graph data structure comprising a plurality of nodes is maintained for the plurality of users. An update of the feature vector of the target user is received and the feature vector and a subset nodes of the graph data structure are updated. A second risk score for the target user is determined by performing a weighted aggregation of risk scores of the subset of nodes, A combined risk score for the target user is computed by combining the first risk score and the second risk score a deviation of the combined risk score of the target user is determined from the mean risk value. A risk state is determined based on the deviation of the combined risk score and a smart contract associated with the target user based on a risk state determined for the target user.
