Abstract: The present invention relates to an “Autonomous Rhizosphere Intelligence and Adaptive Biofabrication System for Regenerative Soil Ecosystems” configured to perform real-time underground ecological sensing, predictive soil intelligence analysis, adaptive microbial biofabrication, and precision regenerative biome deployment within agricultural environments. The system comprises a swarm-coordinated autonomous mobility platform integrated with multimodal rhizosphere sensing modules, self-sterilizing soil probe assemblies, ecological intelligence processors, living microbial biofabrication chambers, and adaptive regenerative deployment subsystems. The invention continuously detects underground biochemical interactions, microbial signalling activity, nutrient instability and ecological stress conditions using various sensing mechanisms. An embedded predictive ecological analytics engine forecasts microbial depletion, rhizosphere degradation and pathogen propagation while dynamically synthesizing customized microbial consortia and regenerative hydrogel biofilms for site-specific ecological restoration. The system further incorporates closed-loop adaptive learning for continuous optimization of regenerative deployment strategies, thereby enabling sustainable soil restoration, improved microbial balance, enhanced crop productivity and long-term agricultural ecosystem resilience.
