Abstract: The present invention relates to a voice-enabled automotive assistant leveraging a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) framework to provide real-time, context- aware support to vehicle users. Unlike conventional vehicle manuals and static search systems, the system allows interactive, voice-driven queries, enhancing user accessibility and operational efficiency. The architecture integrates speech recognition, natural language processing, vector-based information retrieval, and Al-driven response generation within a unified pipeline. User voice inputs are transcribed, semantically analyzed to infer intent, and matched against a structured knowledge base of vehicle manuals and technical documentation via vector embeddings. Relevant responses are generated and delivered in both textual and auditory formats, ensuring an intuitive user experience. The system is implemented in Python, utilizing Streamlit for an interactive interface and ChromaDB for efficient vector storage and retrieval. This approach improves information retrieval accuracy, reduces user effort, and facilitates intelligent in-vehicle assistance.
