A Civilization Evolution Engine enables the emergence of scientific discoveries, technological innovations, governance models, and intelligence architectures, while a Discovery Extraction Engine identifies and captures significant emergent phenomena. The extracted discoveries are analyzed through cross-reality recurrence assessment and future emergence prediction mechanisms.
