Abstract: ABSTRACT: Autonomous Precision System for Pixel-Level Crop Infection Detection and Targeted Biostimulant Application This invention describes an intelligent autonomous agricultural system for precision crop treatment is disclosed. The system acquires high- resolution imagery of crop foliage and processes the imagery using semantic segmentation algorithms to perform pixel-level classification of plant tissue into healthy and infected regions. Based on the generated infection mask, an infection severity index is computed to quantify disease intensity. The system correlates identified infected pixels with geospatial coordinates and selectively dispenses insect-derived, chitin-rich organic fertilizers, including insect frass and related biostimulants, exclusively onto the infected tissue. The dispensing rate is dynamically modulated according to infection severity, thereby ensuring precise and efficient application. The invention enables localized treatment, reduces unnecessary input usage, and minimizes reliance on synthetic agrochemicals. By integrating detection, analysis, and targeted intervention within a single autonomous platform operable in ground and aerial modes, the system enhances crop health management and promotes sustainable agricultural practices.
