Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system (100) and a method (500) of medication management that autonomously manages medication storage, scheduling, dispensing, verification, adherence monitoring, inventory tracking, and caregiver communication. The system (100) stores medication information, identifies medications due for administration, groups medications according to drawer locations within a cabinet (200), and generates consolidated medication instructions in accordance with user preferences. The system (100) provides controlled access to medications and performs vision-assisted verification of medication administration activities. Further, the system (100) updates inventory and adherence records, generates reminders and notifications, communicates medication-related information, and manages emergency conditions. An authentication module (118) controls authorized access, while a dashboard interface (120) presents medication schedules, inventory status, and adherence information. An audio output unit (128) and a visual indicator unit (130) provide user guidance, alerts, and medication administration notifications.
