Abstract: AUTONOMOUS FIREWALL POLICY STABILITY AND SELF-HEALING SYSTEM USING POLICY-TRAFFIC COHERENCE MODELING. The present invention discloses an autonomous firewall policy stability and self-healing system using policy-traffic coherence modeling. The system comprises a data ingestion module, a feature engineering module, a coherence modeling engine, a mechanism-level attribution module, an autonomous policy repair module, a digital twin firewall simulation engine, a closed-loop deployment controller, and firewall infrastructure. Firewall policy data and network traffic data are jointly analyzed to determine policy-traffic incoherence. Candidate firewall policy corrections corresponding to identified causative mechanisms are generated and validated in a simulated firewall environment prior to deployment. Validated corrections are deployed to live firewall infrastructure, and rollback is automatically initiated where post-deployment stability fails to improve. The disclosed system provides autonomous closed-loop firewall stability management and self-healing correction. (FIG. 1)
