Abstract: The present invention relates to an autonomous food-waste processing device configured to convert biodegradable food waste into organic fertilizer with minimal human intervention. The device comprises a food-waste feeding chamber, shredding mechanism, mixing and agitation unit, controlled heating system, moisture regulation system, aeration and ventilation unit, microbial culture delivery unit, sensor network, microcontroller-based control system, odor-control filtration unit and fertilizer collection chamber. Food waste introduced into the device is automatically detected and subjected to size reduction, mixing, controlled thermal treatment, moisture adjustment, aeration and microbial decomposition. Temperature, humidity, moisture, load, gas and operational safety conditions are monitored by sensors connected to the control system. The controller automatically operates motors, heaters, blowers, pumps and other actuators according to predetermined control conditions. The processed organic material is subsequently dried and discharged into a removable collection chamber as an organic fertilizer product.
