The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: AUTONOMOUS CYBER THREAT RESPONSE SYSTEM USING REINFORCEMENT LEARNING WITH HARDWARE ACCELERATION An autonomous cyber threat response system (100) is provided, comprising a threat detection module (101) configured to acquire real-time network and endpoint telemetry from distributed sensors and monitoring agents; a reinforcement learning engine (102) configured to determine an optimal mitigation action based on a generated state representation; a hardware acceleration module (105) incorporating at least one GPU, TPU, or FPGA to enhance model training and inference speed; a response execution module (103) configured to automatically implement context-aware mitigation measures; and a policy management and feedback module (106) configured to refine response policies based on performance outcomes. The system functions in a closed-loop framework to continuously adapt to emerging cyber threats without manual intervention. A simulation and training environment (104) facilitates controlled pre-deployment learning. The architecture supports scalable cloud-edge implementation, enabling low-latency response and centralized optimization for large-scale, real-time cybersecurity operations. Fig. 1
