Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a system and method for automated consolidation of financial account taxonomy data. A source financial account taxonomy data from multiple entities is processed using an ensemble stack aggregation module comprising a plurality of heterogeneous machine learning classifier models. The system generates multiple candidate target financial account taxonomy codes with associated confidence scores and computes a final consolidation rating using weighted aggregation of the classifier outputs. A mapping recommendations are presented through a human-in-the-loop validation interface, enabling acceptance or correction by a reviewer. A reviewer inputs are converted into ground-truth mapping data and used to incrementally retrain the ensemble models and update model weights based on performance alignment. The system improves mapping accuracy over time, reduces manual consolidation effort, and supports industry-specific and cross-industry financial account taxonomy harmonization.
