Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of automotive safety and vehicle inspection, and more particularly to a seatbelt and alcohol-based driver monitoring and speed control system, a driver safety control device, a control unit, and a computer-readable storage medium. The system checks the driver’s seatbelt status and alcohol presence using sensors during vehicle operation. If the driver attempts to drive without wearing a seatbelt, warning alerts such as a buzzer, indicator lights, and display messages are activated to prevent unsafe driving. When alcohol is detected, the system reduces the vehicle speed and displays warning messages. If alcohol is detected while driving, the system gradually lowers the vehicle speed to reduce risk. The system can be used in cars to improve driving safety and encourage rule compliance. FIGURE 1 & 2.
