Abstract: The present invention to an intelligent stove gas safety control system for preventing unsafe gas stove operation in domestic kitchens. The system comprises a microcontroller-based control unit, a cookware detection sensor, a user activity monitoring sensor, a combustible gas leakage sensor, an electromechanical gas control actuator, an alert unit, a display unit, and a wireless communication interface. The control unit continuously receives sensor signals and determines whether cookware is present, whether a user is active near the stove, and whether combustible gas concentration exceeds a predefined safety threshold. When cookware absence, user inactivity, or gas leakage is detected, the control unit actuates a servo-based gas control mechanism to move a gas regulator or valve to an OFF position. The system simultaneously generates audible and visual alerts and displays safety status on an OLED display. A web-based interface enables remote monitoring, manual shutdown, reset, and emergency control, thereby improving kitchen safety and reducing gas wastage. (Accompanied Figure No. 1-2)
