MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641114555 A) filed by P Sailaja on September 24, 2026, for Automatic Premises State Determination System For Coordinated Public Status And Private Security Operations.
Inventor includes P Sailaja.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) for premises monitoring determines a governing operative premises state from predetermined conditions, alone or with sensor data from premises sensors (110) or premises-associated input data through an interface (112). A state exclusivity core (116) maintains exactly one governing condition of a defined set including accessible and secured conditions, and a state continuity core (118) preserves continuity. A state-integrity arrangement confines establishment or modification of a controlled state representation to a validated automatic state-determination pathway. The same governing state controls a public-status output, comprising a human- perceptible indication through a public status indicator (126) or a machine-readable representation for downstream rendering, and a security operation performed by a module (128), reducing divergence between public and security states. Human-associated input does not directly establish a transition outside evaluation according to the predetermined conditions. Fig. 1 is the reference figure.
