Abstract: ABSTRACT [0014] An automatic mail deletion and segregation system is disclosed for addressing the growing problems of email spam, fraudulent messages, and inbox clutter caused by automated notifications such as OTPs, promotional content, and system alerts. The system utilizes machine learning algorithms together with rule-based decision trees to analyze incoming emails, detect spam and phishing attempts, and classify messages according to their relevance. Low-relevance emails are automatically moved to a trash category and scheduled for deletion at predetermined intervals based on expiration indicators present in the content, such as temporary activation links or time-limited codes. The platform organizes the remaining inbox into a relevance-based hierarchy, enabling users to locate important messages more efficiently while reducing storage demands. Integration with existing email services allows seamless operation as an extension. By combining intelligent classification, automated deletion, and structured organization, the system improves user experience, strengthens security against malicious content, and provides industries with a cost-effective means of managing email databases and mitigating compliance risks.
