Abstract: ABSTRACT Automatic Hydraulic Brake Bleeding System with Intelligent Air Detection and Safety Control The present invention relates to an automatic hydraulic brake bleeding system (100) configured for automated removal of trapped air from a vehicle brake hydraulic circuit (124). The system (100) comprises a microcontroller unit (102), pressure sensor (104), air detection module (106), DC pump or motor (108), solenoid valve (110), relay module (112), brake-fluid container (114), connecting hydraulic arrangement (116), LCD display (118), indicator LEDs (120), and power supply unit (122). The microcontroller unit (102) continuously analyses pressure variations and air-detection information to identify trapped air within the hydraulic circuit (124). Upon detection of air, the controller (102) automatically operates the pump (108) and solenoid valve (110) to perform repeated bleeding cycles through the bleed outlet (126). The bleeding operation continues until the air condition is eliminated and stable hydraulic pressure is achieved. The system (100) further provides real-time monitoring and automatic shutdown during excessive pressure or fault conditions, thereby reducing manual intervention and improving brake servicing efficiency and safety.
