Abstract: Automatic Hand Dryer is a new touch-free dryer that is aimed at enhancing hygiene, efficiency, and comfort in public restrooms. With an advanced ultrasonic sensor it can be activated immediately when there are hands under the sensor so that there is no need of touching and it also decreases the transmission of germs. The high-speed airflow system is used to provide an focused stream of air that is used to remove moisture rapidly, and a heating element made of PTC ceramic or nichrome based is used to provide consistent warm air which is energy efficient and is used to reduce the time taken to dry. Designed in a metal outer, the unit is designed to stand the test of time with the daily use and the inner parts are displayed in a modular format that makes it easy to maintain and minimizes service interruption. Removable dust filter keeps the motor and the heater out of the debris accumulation and allows increasing the lifespan of the product. In order to maintain uniform performance at different environmental conditions, the dryer also has an intelligent control circuit, which is able to automatically adjust the sensor sensitivity, airflow timing, and heat output. There is a carefully shaped airflow channel that ensures reduction in noise by minimizing turbulence and vibration. This hand dryer can be used in airports, malls, hospitals, schools and other busy facilities where it is important to have a reliable, hygienic hand dryer due to its ability to sense and dry hands quickly, use less energy, and last a long time.
