Abstract: An automated wheel rim maintenance device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned over a ground surface with multiple motorized wheels 102 for maneuvering platform 101 over surface, an AI-based imaging unit 104 installed on platform 101 to determine location of wheels 102 of a vehicle present in proximity to platform 101, a pair of motorized calendar rollers 105 arranged on platform 101 via a pair of supporting links for positioning rollers 105 in contact with wheel 102 for rotating rim, a robotic link 106 configured with an electromagnetic spring 107 attached over platform 101 exert a pressure to eliminate bend, a color sensor 108 mounted on platform 101 for detecting presence of stones stuck over grooves of vehicle, wherein upon successful detection, an inverted L-shaped telescopic rod 109 configured on platform 101 extend for positioning a pneumatic pin attached with rod 109 in proximity to detected stone to remove them.
