Abstract: An automated wheel loader axle maintenance device, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface and installed with a U-shaped member 102 to be manually placed with an axle of a vehicle in a horizontal orientation, a touch enabled screen 103 enabling a user to give input commands for revamping of axle, a motorized drawer arrangement retract for decreasing longitudinal length of member 102 for closing member 102 and grip axle, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 for detecting presence of accumulation of sludge and accrued contaminants over axle, a first robotic arm 105 to position a reduction tool 106 around periphery of axle, a DC (Direct Current) electric motor coupled with reduction tool 106 for rotating reduction at an optimum speed results in removal of accumulates sludge/ accrued contaminants and a second robotic arm 107 for scrubbing axle via scrubbing unit 108 for providing a shine to axle.
