Abstract: An automated watermelon roll preparation device, comprising a housing 101 installed with a chamber 102 placed with peeled watermelon pieces, a touch screen 103 installed on the housing 101 for enabling user’s input commands, a container 104 positioned underneath the chamber 102 for receiving watermelon pieces, a motorized grinder 105 installed within the container 104 for grinding the watermelon pieces, a frame 106 installed underneath the container 104 such that the juice is filtered through the cheese cloth and collected in a receptacle 107 positioned underneath the frame 106, a vessel 108 stored with lemon juice for dispensing the lemon juice in the vessel 108, a motorized stirrer 109 installed within the receptacle 107 for stirring the watermelon juice with the lemon juice and artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 111 mounted within the housing 101 for detecting transfer of the juice on the plate 110.
