The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated container cleaning system designed for thorough internal and external cleaning of jars. The system comprises a pre- wetting stage that utilizes normal-pressure water to loosen contaminants, followed by an external scrubbing mechanism with stationary brushes and rubber rollers to ensure uniform cleaning. A specialized cleaning solution spraying mechanism, consisting of multiple nozzles, applies the solution both externally and internally. For internal cleaning, the system employs a rotary mechanical scrubbing unit with motorized bristles that enters the jar after it is securely held by soft jaws. The external and internal cleaning processes operate sequentially, ensuring efficient contaminant removal. Additionally, a control unit regulates the speed and movement of scrubbing brushes, jar rotation, and nozzle activation to optimize cleaning performance. This automated system enhances cleaning efficiency, reduces manual labor, and ensures high hygiene standards, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring precise and consistent container cleaning Dayed on
