Abstract: An automated valve maintenance and placement device comprises of a platform 101 with motorized wheels 102 for mobility, a touch display panel 103 for input specifications, and an AI-based imaging unit 104 to locate the valve, an extendable L-shaped frame 105 for positioning near the valve, a hydraulic unit 107 for applying pressure to the pipe, and a motorized blade 108 for cutting insulation, a wrench unit 110 loosens the valve, a motorized gripper 111 to acquire valve, a chamber 112 to holds the gripped valve, an electronically controlled nozzle 113 to spray water, an electronically controlled spout 114 dispenses cleaning solution, a motorized scrubber 115 provides scrubbing motion, a cleaned valve is placed in a container, and a blower applies heated air, a gripper 111 removes the dried valve, and a tube with a motorized iris lid dispenses grease.
