Abstract: An automated tree straightening device comprises, a housing 101 positioned over a ground surface near a bent tree that is to be straightened, a pair of motorized track wheels 102 installed beneath housing 101 that actuates to provide translation to housing 101 over surface, an imaging unit 103 installed over housing 101 and integrated with a laser sensor determines length and thickness of tree, a laser projection unit to project laser light over multiple locations over trunk for straightening of tree, an inverted L-shaped pole 105 affixed over housing 101 by means of a hydraulic rod 106 to extend and position pole 105 around tree, motorized lead screw arrangement 107 installed over horizontal portion of pole 105 to provide translation to an expandable gripper 108 configured with arrangement 107 an position in contact with opposite side of trunk.
