Abstract: An automated trapped air and water bubbles removal device for constructional column comprising of a frame 101 positioned over outer periphery of a constructional column, multiple motorized hinges 102 integrated with the frame 101 to adjust orientation of the frame 101 as per requirement, an imaging unit 103 installed on the frame 101 to detect dimension of the column, multiple suction units 104 installed underneath the frame 101, to generate suction force for allowing the frame 101 to securely adhere over the column, a telescopic bar 105 installed over the frame 101 to extend and position a vibration unit 106 integrated with the bar 105, to generate mechanical vibrations within the mixture to dislodge the mixture, a motorized vacuum unit 107 mounted on the frame 101 to create a vacuum pressure around the column to extract the trapped air and water bubbles from the concrete mixture.
